Southport Outdoor Rugs are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date.  The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, mildew, or improper care from storage, maintenance, and installation.

We stand behind every product we sell.  Our signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put our products to the test.  We will replace any Southport Outdoor Rug for a full year from the date of purchase; however, we cannot give refunds.  Only the retailer where the product was purchased can give refunds.  If an item is found to be defective within one year of its purchase, it will be replaced without charge upon the return of the item accompanied by a sales receipt.  When returning an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization number that will allow us to track your product once it arrives at our warehouse.  This will create a faster response to your concern.  If you have any questions with regard to our return policy, please contact us at 800-643-3522.
